Set up Online Booking
Learn how to set up Online Booking and share your site link so your clients can make appointments anytime, anywhere.
Here's what you need to do to start taking online bookings

Enter important business information like your opening hours, address and socials
- Activate online booking
- Brand your site - add a logo, colour and images
- Add extra booking information like pre-booking info and T&Cs
- Preview your site and grab the URL
- Choose services that are eligible for online booking
- Choose team members that are eligible for online booking
- Share your online booking website on your socials! Integrate with Facebook and Instagram.
Enter important business information
- Go to Business details, select Site details
- Enter your Business Contact, Opening hours and Socials - these will appear on your online booking website.

Turn on Online Booking
- Go to Business settings and then select Online booking.
- Slide the toggle next to Online Booking to "Active".
- If you would like to use Reserve with Google functionality, slide the toggle next to “Reserve with Google” to "Active".

In Details confirm Company or Business name.

ℹ️ Reserve with Google allows clients to easily discover your business directly on Google Search or Maps, browse your services, then get redirected to the Online Booking experience on your website to complete their reservation.
Brand your site - add a logo, colour and images
- Upload your branding, such as logo, feature images, a background image for the page and highlight colour.
Enter your Extra booking information, including Pre-booking and Terms & Conditions.

- Once you’re happy with your Online Booking details, click the "Done" icon in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
Preview your Online Booking site and share your site URL
- You can preview your Online Booking website using the Online Booking URL under ‘Details’ in the ‘Online booking’ screen.
ℹ️ If you can't see the Details section, ensure you have the permission for the "I can configure online booking settings" set to "Yes". See the article "Manage and assign employee permissions" for more information.
Alternatively, this Details may be available if you go to Business settings and then select Site details.
