Set up Services for Online Booking

Choose which Services are eligible for Online Booking.

Access Service Menu Setup

  • First, check the Service category is active for Online Booking.
  • From the menu navigate to Services.
  • Locate the Service category you want to enable for Online Booking.
  • Click on the pencil icon next to the category name.

  • Ensure that the Status is “Active” and Online Booking value is “Yes”. 

  • Select the "Done" icon in the bottom right corner to save your changes.

Enable Individual Services for Online Booking

  • Click into a Service category and locate the Service you want to enable for Online Booking.
  • Under Details ensure that Status is “Active”.

  • Check the price and duration of service. Make any relevant changes if required.

  • Under Booking settings ensure values for "Can be booked" and "Online Booking" are “Yes”.

  • Select the "Done" icon in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
