Create a booking for an existing customer
Learn how to create a booking for an existing salon customer.
Select desired date and time
- In the Appointment Book, begin by selecting the desired date and time for the customer's appointment. Make sure you are selecting in the column of the employee who will see the customer.
- For example, if a customer wants to book in with Peter at 11AM, we would select that rectangle accordingly.
Select an existing customer
- Type the name of your customer in the search bar, or check the ‘Recent customers’ section. Select your customer.
Select Services
- After selecting the customer, select the “Next” icon in the lower right-hand corner.
- Select the Status of the customer’s booking, as well as any custom tags you may want to set up.
- Once this is complete, select the “Next” icon in the lower right-hand corner.
- Choose the desired service(s) from the available options.
- NOTE: If the name of the employee providing the service is marked in orange, this means that they are incapable of performing this service. You may want to consider rebooking this appointment under another employee.
- To rebook an appointment with an employee capable of performing this service, select the orange employee name.
- You will be shown a list of other employees. Select one who is able to perform the service.
- The employee performing the service will be updated. Select “Done” to save the service.

- Once this is complete, select the “Done” icon in the lower right-hand corner.
- Your customer’s appointment will now appear in the Appointment Book.
