Voided Transactions Report

The Voided Transactions Report in Shortcuts Fusion provides a detailed list of all voided transactions in your business, displayed in chronological order.

Accessing the Report

Navigation:
Tools > Reports > Transactions > Voided Transactions


What the Report Includes

Original Sale

  • Displays the date and time when the original transaction was processed.

Voided Information

  • Shows the date and time the void occurred.
  • Displays the transaction number of the void.
  • Identifies the employee (operator) and the terminal used.

Transaction Number (Trans #)

  • The original transaction’s number.

Client Information

  • The name of the client associated with the transaction.

Paid By

  • The payment method used in the original transaction.

Amount

  • The amount voided in the transaction.

Void Reason

  • The reason provided by the employee for voiding the transaction.

Transaction Employee

  • The employee who conducted the original sale.

Operator (Terminal)

  • The employee who processed the void and the terminal they were logged into at the time.

Items

  • A list of the goods or services that were voided.

Total Amount Voided

  • Displays the total value of all voided transactions within the selected date range.
