Visit Note Reminders Report

The Visit Note Reminders report helps employees track and complete visit notes for client services.

It lists clients whose visit notes have not yet been updated for a service they have received. The report is organized to allow easy identification of employees who need to complete visit notes and the number of pending notes for each.

This report only includes services that require visit notes and displays:

  • The date when the service was completed.

  • The number of days since the service was completed.

A pie chart on the first page of the report shows the percentage of total notes that need to be entered by each employee. The goal is to ensure this report is empty at the end of each day.

Report Components

1. Visit Note Reminders

Displays a list of clients whose visit notes have not been entered.

2. Client Notes Not Entered Per Employee

A pie chart representing the percentage of notes not entered by each employee.

3. Total Number of Client Notes Not Entered

The overall count of services where visit notes have not been entered for all employees.

4. Number of Client Notes Not Entered (Per Employee)

The number of services with missing visit notes for a specific employee.

5. Colour Legend

Indicates the meaning of the colours used in the ‘Days Old’ column to highlight overdue notes.

Accessing the Report

Navigate to: Tools > Reports > Employees > Visit Note Reminders

This report is an essential tool for keeping track of outstanding visit notes and ensuring timely documentation of client services. Regularly reviewing and clearing this report helps maintain accurate records and improves client service management.
