Visit Deletion Audit Report

The Visit Deletion Audit Report provides a detailed log of Walk-in Manager visits that were deleted within a selected date range.

This report helps businesses track visit deletions, identify patterns, and develop strategies to reduce future deletions.

For each deleted visit, the report includes:

  • Client details

  • Employee assigned to the visit

  • Date and time of deletion

  • Employee responsible for the deletion

  • Deletion status and reason

This report is useful for understanding why clients did not complete their visits and can be leveraged to improve client retention and operational efficiency.


Accessing the Report

Navigate to: Tools > Reports > Business > Visit Deletion Audit


Report Components

Visit Details

  • Visit Time: The date and time when the visit started.

  • Client: The name of the client whose visit was deleted.

  • Employee: The employee assigned to the visit. (For walkouts, no employee is displayed as the service did not start.)

Deletion Details

  • Date/Time: The exact date and time when the visit was deleted.

  • Deleted By: The employee who was logged in when the visit was deleted.

  • Deletion Status: Indicates the status selected at the time of deletion (e.g., No Show, Walkout) or the stage of the visit when it was deleted (e.g., POS).

  • Service: The service selected for the visit. Service details are not displayed for walkouts.

  • Reason: The reason selected for the deletion.
