How to Track Changes and Review Appointment Modifications

To track changes made to an appointment, follow these easy steps to view its history:

  1. Right-click on the Appointment: Locate the appointment you wish to review.

  2. Select 'Extra' and choose 'Appointment History': From the options, click on "Appointment History" to open the details.

  3. Review the History:

    • Actions Taken: See changes such as status updates, resizing, and movements.
    • Date & Time: View when each action was completed.
    • Employee Details: Check the name of the employee who made the changes.
  4. Description of Each Action: Specific details of each modification are displayed on the right side under the description column.

  5. Exit: Once you're finished, simply press "Done" to close the appointment history window.

This feature provides an efficient way to track all modifications and ensures transparency in appointment management.
