Getting Started with the App

Downloading the App

1. Search for the app in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Options include:

   • My Salon App

   • My Beauty App

   • My Spa App

   • My Clinic App

   • My Barber App

2. Click Install and open the app once downloaded.

Setting Up the App

1. Search for your business name within the app.

2. Select the appropriate location if your business operates multiple sites.

3. The app saves the preference for future use.

How to Check-In for a Visit

1. Select Services:

   • Choose a service from the menu.

   • Select an employee if required.

   • Optionally add more services.

2. Calculate Wait Time:

   • Log in using an email address and password, or create a new account.

   • Social login via Facebook is also available.

3. Confirm Check-In:

   • View the expected start time.

   • Press Check-In Now to finalize.

4. Optional Settings:

   • Delay Visit: Specify additional time if needed.

   • SMS Reminders: Opt-in to receive reminders and set notification timing.

Managing Visits

• Visit History:

  • View details of past and upcoming visits.

• Switching Locations:

  • Use the menu to search by location name, postcode, or current GPS location.
