Shortcuts Marketing Plus: Using the Image Gallery
Below is a guide on how to access, use, and organize your image gallery.
Navigate to Image Gallery:
- Select Admin.
- Under the Resources Category , Click Image Gallery.
Here, you will find all previously uploaded images or how to upload new images.
Uploading Images
You can add images to your gallery in two ways:
Make sure you always select the Company name so the Images save under the company not the individual user. If images are save under the individual user they will not show for any other users.
- Upload File: Click Choose File, select your image, and press Upload Image.
- Drag and Drop: Drag an image directly into the gallery interface.
Once uploaded, these images will be readily available when editing templates or creating campaigns.
Deleting Images
To remove an image:
- Click the icon in the bottom-right corner of the image.
- Confirm deletion by pressing OK.
Accessing Stock Images
- Click on the Sub folder Shortcuts Software Admin on the left - hand side.
- These images are grouped into folders by theme (e.g., birthday images).
- Select a folder to browse and choose the desired stock images for your campaigns.
Organizing Images with Folders
To keep your image library organized:
- Go to the folder labeled with your business name.
- Click on Folder Options and select New Sub Folder.
- Enter a name for the folder and press Save.
- Open the new folder and start uploading images.
Organizing images into folders ensures easy access and management for different types of campaigns.
