Using the Business Log

The Business Log provides a detailed record of key actions performed within your system, such as appointment bookings, roster changes and applied discounts

Accessing the Business Log

  1. Navigate to the Tools Menu.

  2. Select Log from the dropdown.

  3. View the list of actions along with:

  • Right-click the column headers to add ore remove additional information.
  • Date and time of occurrence
  • Employee who performed the action.

Access Permissions

  • Employees can only view the Business Log if access has been granted in Security Settings.


Viewing and Filtering Logs

  • Logs can be filtered by:

    • Date range: Today, This Week, This Month

    • Custom date ranges

  • Data retention:

    • Logs are stored for six months.


Managing Logs

  • Deleting Logs:

    • Logs less than six months old cannot be deleted.

    • Logs older than six months can be deleted individually or in bulk.

  • Searching Logs:

    • Use the Search Button to find specific keywords in the log.

  • Exporting Logs:

    • Right-click on the row to export logs to a file or Excel spreadsheet.

  • Printing Logs:

    • Print the currently displayed log for record-keeping purposes.
