Using Appointment Tags

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of creating and managing tags for appointments, helping you stay organized and easily track important customer details.

Step 1: Create an Appointment

  • Start by selecting a time slot for the appointment.
  • Search for the customer by name.
  • Click Next to proceed to the tag menu.

Step 2: Select or Create a Tag

  • You will be presented with the Tag Menu.
  • Choose an existing tag from the list, or create a new one.
    • To create a new tag, click New, then enter the tag name (e.g., "New Client - Requested Employee").
    • Click Done to save the new tag.

Step 3: Edit or Delete Tags

  • To edit an existing tag, select the tag and click Edit. Make your changes and save them.
  • To delete a tag, select the tag and press Delete.

Step 4: Finalize the Appointment

  • After selecting or creating a tag, choose the service for the appointment.
  • Click Done to finalize the booking.

Step 5: View the Appointment Tag

  • Once the appointment is booked, the selected tag will be displayed at the top left of the appointment details.

By using tags, you can easily track specific customer requests, such as service preferences or special employee requests, making appointment management smoother and more efficient.
