Shortcuts Marketing Plus: Spread the word about your app 

This guide will walk you through customizing an email template in Marketing to promote your business app. Follow these steps to create a professional, branded email campaign.

Step 1: Access the Template Library

  1. Log in to Marketing.
  2. Select Template Library.
  3. Choose the Salon App category from the Shared Shortcuts Template Library.
  4. Browse the available designs and press Edit on a template that fits your needs.
  5. Click Save as Your Own and confirm to save the template to your library.

Step 2: Customize the Template

  1. Add Your Business Logo:

    • Click on the current image and press Browse.
    • Upload a new logo or select an existing one from your gallery.
  2. Update Your Business Name:

    • Replace "Insert Business Name" with your actual business name.
    • If you’ve set up your company name in the platform, use the Personalized Field menu to auto-insert it.
  3. Confirm Download Links:

    • Pre-set links to the App Store and Google Play Store are already included.
  4. Adjust Social Media Icons:

    • Click on each icon to view or update the associated URLs.
    • Use the checkboxes to include or exclude specific icons.
  5. Preview Your Design:

    • Use the Preview feature to see how the email will appear to recipients. Personalized fields, like company name, will populate automatically when sent.

Step 3: Finalize and Use the Template

  1. Click Save to save your changes.

  2. Select Use This Template to begin setting up your campaign.

  3. Thoroughly check your test email:

    • Proofread the content and subject line.
    • Verify that all links work as expected.
  4. Activate your campaign once you’re satisfied.
