1. Bring the sale to Point of Sale in Shortcuts as usual.
2. If your terminal is offline and will not process via the Card button you will need to use the Terminal
Offline method outlined below
3. Click on the Webpay URL provided to you in your welcome email from Ezidebit (we recommend you
save this as a favourite in your web browser to make it easy for your team to find)
4. Complete the mandatory fields on the Webpay payment screen to process the client’s sale – see
example below (NOTE: the Bill/Invoice number can be the transaction number displayed in
Shortcuts Point of Sale
5. Once the transaction is approved online, return to Shortcuts – click the Other Payment Type Button
6. Select Terminal Offline – Webpay option
7. Select Done.
8. Select Finish Sale.
