Shortcuts Marketing (in Cloud) Overview
Shortcuts Marketing is a user-friendly platform for managing SMS and email marketing campaigns. Integrated into the Shortcuts Cloud, it provides tools for targeted communication to clients. Campaigns are divided into two main types: Event-Driven Marketing and Broadcast Marketing.
Event-Driven Marketing
Event-driven marketing consists of automated, ongoing campaigns triggered by specific client interactions. These campaigns are categorized into:
1. Happy Birthday, New Client, and Referral Campaigns
- Automatically engages clients based on their personal details (e.g., birthdays).
- Sends personalized messages to welcome new clients or request referrals.
2. After Booking
- Appointment Acknowledgments: Confirms bookings via SMS or email.
- Cancellation Notices: Sends notifications for canceled appointments.
3. After Visiting
- Time to See You Again: Encourages repeat visits with follow-up reminders.
- We Miss You: Reconnects with clients who haven’t visited recently.
4. Before Arriving
- Pre-Arrival Instructions: Sends helpful details before appointments.
Key Features:
- Supports SMS and email delivery with an option to activate one or both channels.
- Gender-specific targeting: Allows tailored campaigns based on client gender.
- Configurable send schedules for precise timing.
- Option to send SMS only if no email address is available.
Broadcast Marketing
Broadcast marketing enables businesses to reach a wider audience or targeted groups with one-off campaigns. There are two main types:
1. All-Clients Campaigns
- Messages are sent to the entire client base.
- Includes customizable options for subject lines, body text, and offers.
- Configurable date and time for sending campaigns.
2. Targeted Campaigns
- Messages can be directed to specific groups based on:
- Imported client lists from Shortcuts.
- Appointments within a selected date range.
- Additional options include:
- Excluding no-shows, cancellations, or deleted appointments.
