Setting Up Loyalty Programs in Your Mobile App
Setting up loyalty programs in your mobile app provides clients with easy access to rewards and benefits through their smartphones.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure the following:

Your loyalty program is already configured.

Your mobile guest app is set up and operational.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access Loyalty Settings

Log in to the admin console.

Navigate to My Salon App.

Select Tiles.
2. Configure the Loyalty Tile

From the default tiles list, select the Loyalty Tile.

Customize the tile settings:

Label: Enter the name clients will see.

Display Image: Upload an image to visually represent the loyalty program.

3. Select or Configure Loyalty Program

If you have only one loyalty program, it will be preselected.

For multiple programs, choose the desired program for client sign-ups.

Note: Joining fees will not be charged when clients sign up via the app.
4. Customize Program Display

Display Name: The name clients see in the app (defaults to the program name but can be customized).

Program Description: Provide details about how the program works. This appears:

When inviting clients to join.

In the balance history section.

Tiered Loyalty Programs:

If your program has levels (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold), configure unique names and descriptions for each tier.

5. Save and Publish Settings

Once settings are configured, click Save.

Add the loyalty tile to the app dashboard:

Go to the Dashboard section.

Drag the loyalty tile from the Inactive Tiles section to your preferred position.

Click Save.
