Visual Treatment Records (VTR) streamline the process of recording treatments performed on clients while automatically deducting used products from your professional stock. Below is a step-by-step guide to set up and effectively use this feature.
Setting Up Visual Treatment Records

Accessing Configuration:
- Navigate to Setup and Configuration under the General section.
- Scroll down to locate the Treatment icon.

Adding Body Images:
- Click New to upload a body image where treatments will be recorded.
- Assign the image a gender (male, female, or unisex).
- Repeat this process to add more images as needed.
- To make an image inactive, select it and delete it.

Assigning Markers in Services and Products:
- In the Services section:
- Open the relevant service (e.g., anti-wrinkle injectables).
- Right-click the table header, select Marker, and assign a color (e.g., pink for one service, red for another).
- In the Products section:
- Open the relevant product category (e.g., injectables).
- Add a marker and assign a color for easy identification.
- Adjust the Purchase Units column under Properties:
- Change the unit (e.g., milliliters) to match how the product is measured.
- In the Services section:
Recording Treatments on a Client's File

Access Client History:
- Open the client's history and select the service to which the treatment record will be attached.

Apply Markers:
- Select the Treatment icon and choose the appropriate image.
- Use the teardrop marker to place points on the image, correlating to treatment areas.
- Add product details (e.g., batch number, dosage, and notes) for each marker.

Drawing Notes:
- Use the drawing tool to make custom annotations directly on the image if necessary.
Stock Management Integration
- Automatic Stock Deduction:
- When a treatment is recorded, the system deducts the used amount (e.g., 2 ml) from your professional stock levels.
- To verify, return to the Products section and check the updated stock levels.
