Services Overview

Streamlined Service Management for Multi-Site Businesses

Service Search:

  • Allows detailed or keyword-based searches.
  • Results can be exported in CSV format for further use.
  • Search filters include service name, ID, category, and region.

Adding a Service:

  1. Navigate to the configuration menu and expand "Services."
  2. Right-click on the relevant service category and select "New Service."
  3. Enter service details such as name, availability (walk-in or online booking), and additional options like class capacity for group services.
  4. Save the configuration.

Editing Service Blocks:

  • Define service blocks to represent individual sections of a service.
  • Specify attributes like duration, pricing, and employee levels.
  • Assign report categories for accurate reporting.

Adding New Service Blocks:

  • Useful for multi-block services (e.g., services with sequential steps).
  • Configure attributes such as break times and finishing block status.

Copying or Moving Services Across Regions:

  • Copy a service to adapt details (like pricing) for specific regions.
  • Use the "Cut" function to move services completely.

Deactivating a Service:

  • Services can be deactivated while preserving their record.
  • Ensure appointment book settings are updated to reflect changes.
