Service Breakdown with Levels

This guide explains how to interpret and use the Service Breakdown with Levels report in Shortcuts Fusion.

This report provides a detailed overview of your services, including pricing, duration, and employee level variations.


🗂️ What the Report Shows

The report organizes your services by Service Category and displays the following details:

  • Default Service Details: Standard pricing and timing for each service.
  • Employee Levels: If different pricing or duration exists for different employee levels (e.g., Junior, Senior), these variations are listed.

📊 Report Columns Explained

Column Description
Service Category Groups services into relevant categories.
Time The total duration of the service.
Break Any time allocated for a break within the service.
Cost The sell price for the service.
Points The number of points awarded to employees for performing this service.
Employee Levels Displays pricing and timing specific to each employee level if set up.
