Promotion List Report
The Promotion List Report provides an overview of all active promotions within a specified date range.
This report allows businesses to track the effectiveness of their promotions by displaying key details such as sales limits, club associations, and client point ratios.
Report Details
Club Association
- If a promotion is linked to a club, the name of the associated club will be displayed.
Maximum Number of Sales
- This indicates the total number of times a promotion can be used.
- If set to zero (0), there is no usage limit.
Current Number of Sales
- Displays the number of times the promotion has been redeemed.
Client Points Ratio
- Specifies the number of client points earned per $100 spent.
- Only applicable if the promotion is associated with a club.
Alert When Eligible
- Indicates whether the system will notify staff at the Point of Sale when a client is eligible for the promotion.
Promotion Description
- The original description entered when the promotion was created.
Accessing the Report
To generate this report:
- Navigate to Tools > Reports > Business > Promotion List.
- Select the desired date range.
- View the list of active promotions along with their details.
