Print visit and in-service tickets in the Walk-in Manager
This guide explains how to enable and use the printing functionality in the Walk-In Manager, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and team members.
Overview of Printing Options
The Walk-In Manager allows you to:
- Print a Visit Ticket for clients when they are checked in.
- Print an In-Service Ticket for team members when clients are moved into service.
These features help streamline communication and workflow in your establishment.
Enabling Printing Options

Accessing Settings:
- Navigate to the Setup section in the navigation panel (located on the right-hand side).
- Select Configuration.

Locating Printing Options:
- Select the General section in the left-hand panel.
- Scroll down to the Walkin section.
- If you don't see the Walk-In Manager options immediately, use the arrow in the bottom-left corner to scroll down.

Activating Print Settings:
- Under the General Options section:
- Check the box for Print Visit Tickets (for clients).
- Check the box for Print In-Service Tickets (for team members).
- Click Done in the bottom-right corner to save changes.

Restart Shortcuts:
- Exit and Restart Shortcuts to apply the changes.
Using the Printing Functionality

Printing Visit Tickets:
- When a client is added to the Walk-In Manager, a Visit Ticket will automatically print (provided a printer is connected).

Printing In-Service Tickets:
- When a client is moved to the "In Service" column, an In-Service Ticket will print for the team member.

Reprinting Tickets:
- To reprint a ticket:
- Right-click on the client's name in the In Service column.
- Select the reprint option.
- Alternatively, move the client back to the waitlist and then return them to the In-Service column to trigger another print.

- Ensure your printer is connected and functioning correctly.
