Improved usability 

  • The general layout has been tidied up. You’ll find everything to do with the guest in the top section, all the items included in their sale in the middle section, and all the payment and cash drawer related information and buttons at the bottom. 
  • Easily access a guest’s Profile Card or History, or use the new simple indicators to see extra information at-a-glance: 
  • Profile Card has not been marked as ‘Complete’. 

  •  Alert – indicates if an alert message has been entered. 
 
  • Birthday – indicates if the client’s birthday is around this time. The day and month of birth will appear also. 
  • Account in credit – the balance will appear also. 

  • Account in debit – the balance will appear also. 

  • Industry standard + and - buttons have been added to the Quantity field. 
  • Quickly remove an item by clicking on the trash can icon next to it. 
  • The Sale Summary section has been tidied up and simplified.  
  • Picture payment type buttons have been replaced with Text buttons to make it clear which payment type to choose. 
  • All credit & debit cards have been combined into the one button “Card”.  
  • Gift & Loyalty cards have been combined. Upon clicking this button, depending on the features you have configured, you will be prompted through the relevant process for gift cards and/or loyalty cards. 
  • Any other active payment types will appear by clicking ‘Other’, and the employee will see a list to select from. 
  • The “No Sale” button has been renamed to “More Actions” and has been moved to the bottom left, away from the normal transaction flow. 
  • The “Transactions” button has been moved to the bottom left, away from the normal transaction flow. 

Tracking professional stock usage 

The process of tracking professional stock usage has been improved to be more intuitive for authorized users. To initiate adding professional stock lines into POS, select “#Business (track professional stock usage)” from the POS drop down list. Specify the relevant products in the same way you would normally. 

Recording expenses 

Tracking cash expenses has been improved to be more intuitive for authorized users. To record expenses, select “#Expense (track expenses” from the POS drop down list. Specify the cash expense and amount in the same way you would normally.
