How Clients Make an Upfront Payment

- Clients choose a service, a preferred employee (if applicable), and a date and time for their appointment using your online booking platform or mobile app.

- Clients must agree to save their payment details for future bookings by checking a designated box. This activates the "Confirm and Pay" button.

- If enabled, an email is sent to the client detailing their appointment and the upfront payment amount.
Features for Returning Clients
- Saved Payment Details:
- After the first payment, card details are securely saved.
- For future bookings, clients can use the saved card by simply pressing "Confirm and Pay."
