Online Booking Offline/Disconnected - How to reconnect it
If your Online Booking has disconnected, please follow the steps below to ensure that it has successfully reconnected and is syncing again
- Exit Shortcuts.
- In the Windows system tray, double-click on the “Point of Sale Service Manager” icon, which looks like this:How to access the Windows system tray - simply move your mouse cursor to the bottom right corner of your screen, where you will find a small area containing icons for various system functions like volume, network status; this is the system tray.
- Click on “Open Shortcuts Service Manager”.
The Shortcuts Services windows will open, click on “Start Service”. - If you received an error message or the status continues to say “Disconnected”, call the Shortcuts Helpdesk on 1300 667 374.
To allow your clients to book appointments day or night, you must leave your computer switched on 24/7 and ensure the online booking agent is online.
