Not enough licenses for Appointment Book/System Manager
The License Server may be holding onto old instances of Shortcuts and using up some of the terminal licenses.
What you need to do to clear this:
- On the Server computer go to the Start menu
- In the "Type here to search", type License
- Point of Sale LicenseServer application will appear
- Right-click and Run As Administrator
- Locate the License Server icon in the System Tray in the bottom right. It's a gold lock and key icon.
- Click on this icon and select the Authorisation tab
- Select the Reset button and then click on Yes.
- Now attempt to open Shortcuts on the other terminals.
