Not enough licenses for Appointment Book/System Manager

The License Server may be holding onto old instances of Shortcuts and using up some of the terminal licenses.

What you need to do to clear this:

1. On the Server computer go to the Start menu
2. In the "Type here to search", type License
3. Point of Sale LicenseServer application will appear
4. Right-click and Run As Administrator
5. Locate the License Server icon in the System Tray in the bottom right.  It's a gold lock and key icon.
6. Click on this icon and select the Authorisation tab 
7. Select the  Reset button and then click on Yes.
8. Now attempt to open Shortcuts on the other terminals.
