Non-Returning Clients Report

The Non-Returning Clients From Date Range report provides a list of clients who visited your business within a specified date range and have not returned since.

This report helps businesses track client retention and follow up with non-returning clients if needed.

Key Features

  • Displays a list of non-returning clients along with their contact details.

  • Includes statistical insights, such as the number and percentage of returning clients.

  • Allows filtering by whether clients returned to the same employee.

  • Recommended date range: Start date 6 months prior to the current date, end date 8 weeks prior to the current date (adjustable as needed).

Report Breakdown

Client Information

  • Client Name: The name of the non-returning client.

  • Work Phone: The client’s work phone number.

  • Home Phone: The client’s home phone number.

  • Mobile Phone: The client’s mobile phone number.

Client Return Metrics

  • Did Not Return: Number of clients who visited during the selected date range and have not yet returned.

  • Returned: Number of clients who visited during the selected date range and have returned since.

  • Total Unique Clients: Number of unique clients that visited during the selected date range.

  • Percentage Returned: Percentage of total clients who returned after the selected date range.
