Managing Employee Rosters: A Step-by-Step Guide

This guide explains how to access and manage your employee roster efficiently. Follow these steps to navigate the roster, view schedules, and mark holidays with ease.

Accessing the Roster

  1. Open the Tools Menu:

    • Navigate to the tools menu on the right-hand side.

    • Select "Roster" from the available options.

  2. View Employee Schedules:

    • Employee names are listed at the top of the screen, each with a dedicated column.

    • Dates appear along the left-hand side, with today’s date highlighted in a different color.

    • Closed business days are also color-coded (e.g., Sundays in green).


Navigating the Roster

  • Scroll Through Employees:

    • Click and drag horizontally to view additional employees.

    • Use the search bar in the top left corner to locate a specific employee by name.

  • View Additional Dates:

    • Drag vertically on the date column to display more dates.

    • Alternatively, select a specific date using the "Select Roster Date" option in the top right corner.


Managing Holidays and Surcharges

  • Mark a Date as a Holiday:
