Managing Client Arrivals: Key Features and Functions
The Arrival Screen provides an efficient way to manage your appointments for the day. By allowing easy access to client arrival statuses and appointment details, it helps streamline the check-in process.
Key Features
- Accessing the Arrival Screen: Navigate to the main menu to access the Arrival Screen.
- Today's Appointments: View a list of scheduled appointments for the day.
- Arrival and Overdue Indicators:
- Arrival Number: Displays the number of clients scheduled to arrive but not yet checked in.
- Overdue Clients: Clients who are overdue for their appointment are highlighted in red.
Managing Client Status
- Client Search: Use the search field to locate a client.
- Filter Options: Filter clients by their appointment status (e.g., arrived, overdue).
- Appointment Details: View key information, such as:
- Start time
- Services booked
- Appointment status
- Estimated arrival time
- Marking Clients as Arrived:
- Click the arrow button to mark a client as arrived.
- If marked in error, click the same icon to undo.
- Handling Overdue Clients:
- Overdue clients (marked in red) can be marked as a "No-Show" by clicking the "X."
- This action can be undone if needed.
Additional Functions
- Client Profiles: Click on the profile icon to view or update client information and history notes.
- Future Appointments: Click the schedule button to view a client's future bookings.
- Print Report: Use the print button to generate a report of client arrivals.
- Checkout Process: Click the shopping cart icon to proceed to the point-of-sale screen and complete transactions.
