Shortcuts and Online Client Information Cards (CICs) provide seamless access to appointment management and client details across devices—smartphones, tablets, and computers. These tools enable you to schedule, update, and review appointments while keeping client information readily accessible.

Key Features

1. Accessing Appointments and Client Information

  • From Tablets or Computers:

    • Log into the Smart System Console.

    • Click the "Anywhere" tile.

    • Enter a PIN if required and select a site (for multi-site access).

  • From Smartphones:

  • Appointments are displayed for the next 7 days.

  • Filter views by employee if permitted by access level.

  • Navigate through dates using arrows or a calendar view.

  • Creating Appointments:

    1. Select a time slot.

    2. Search for or add a new client.

    3. Select the service and employee.

    4. Confirm the booking.

  • Editing Appointments:

    • Move, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on access permissions.

  • Marking Appointments as Arrived:

    • Select the appointment and press "Arrive."

4. Viewing and Updating Client Information

  • Access client details, purchase history, notes, and forms.

  • Add history notes directly within the client profile.

  • Edit client details as needed.

Making an Appointment

  1. Select a time slot and search for or add a client.

  2. Choose services, view pricing, and select an employee.

  3. Confirm the booking.

Rescheduling an Appointment

  1. Select the appointment and press "Reschedule."

  2. Change the date and time.

  3. Press "Search" and select a new slot.

Canceling an Appointment

  1. Select the appointment.

  2. Press "Cancel" and confirm.
