Make an Appointment for an Existing Client

Follow these simple steps to book an appointment for an existing client.

1. Select Appointment Date and Time

  • Choose the date and time the client would like to book. For example, select 4:00 PM if the client requests that time.

2. Search for the Client

  • You can search for a client by:
    • Phone Number: Enter the first five digits of their phone number to find the client.
    • Name: Check the text in grey to add either the first or last name.

3. Client Profile and History

  • After selecting the client, you can view:
    • Client profile
    • Appointment history
    • Any upcoming or past appointments
    • Outstanding series (if applicable)

4. Select Services and Estimated Costs

  • Click Next and choose the service(s) for the appointment.
  • You can add multiple services if needed. If you make a mistake, click the trash bin icon to remove a service.
  • You will see the estimated cost (e.g., $90) and duration for the appointment.

5. Confirm the Appointment

  • After confirming the service details, click Done to finalise the booking.
  • A confirmation touch tip will appear—click X to close it.
  • Optionally, right-click to confirm the appointment.
  • The client’s appointment is now booked.
