The integration of your loyalty program with the mobile guest app provides clients with convenient access to their loyalty benefits directly from their smartphones.

Key Features

Signing Up for the Loyalty Program

  • New Clients: To sign up for the loyalty program, clients need to:
    1. Log into the app.
    2. Select the Loyalty tile.
    3. Choose Sign Me Up to join the program and receive their loyalty details.
  • Existing Members: Clients with an existing loyalty card can:
    1. Select I’m Already a Member.
    2. Scan the barcode or manually enter their loyalty card number.

Adding Existing Loyalty Cards

  • Clients can add multiple loyalty cards to the app, including family members’ cards, by:
    1. Selecting Add Another Card.
    2. Scanning the additional loyalty card or entering the barcode manually.
    3. Verifying the card with an email or SMS code.

Viewing Loyalty Points and Rewards

  • Clients can view their points and rewards balance directly within the app, including:
    • The program name and their balance.
    • The date and time when the balance was last updated.
  • Balance History: Clients can expand the Balance History section to see a record of their points accruals, conversions, and reward redemptions.

Redeeming Rewards

  • To redeem rewards at the point-of-sale:
    • Clients simply present their loyalty barcode on their smartphone.
    • The barcode can be scanned using a 2D barcode scanner, eliminating the need for physical loyalty cards.
