Shortcuts Marketing Plus: Member Details and Campaign History

This guide outlines how to access and review member details and campaign history using Shortcuts Marketing Plus

 

Accessing Member Details

  1. Log In and Search for Members

    • Log into the Set & Forget Marketing platform.
    • Click Search for Members and enter the client’s details.
    • From the search results, click the magnifying glass icon to view more details.
  2. Personal Tab

    • View the client’s basic information, including:
      • Name and date of birth.
      • Marketing preferences, which indicate if the client is open to receiving communication via email or SMS.
    • Check contact information and addresses. If any fields are marked as "bad," previous campaigns were unsuccessful in reaching the client through those methods.
    • To update any details:
      • Make the necessary changes.
      • Press Save to sync updates with your client data in Shortcuts Fusion.
  3. Demographics Tab

    • Access any import references or additional demographic data related to the client.

Reviewing Campaign History

  1. Accessing the History Tab

    • Navigate to the History Tab to review campaign interactions.
  2. Generating Campaign History

    • Select a date range to filter campaigns.
    • Click Generate to view the campaign history for the selected period.
  3. Campaign Details

    • For each campaign, you can see:
      • The campaign name (e.g., "September Newsletter").
      • The date sent and the date/time it was opened.
      • If the campaign bounced back, the bounce date will be displayed.
    • To view the campaign as it appeared to the client, click Show.
