How to View Employee Performance

Monitor employee performance to understand individual sales contributions and how they align with overall business success.

Accessing Employee Performance

  • Navigate to Performance: From the main menu, select Performance to view employee performance.
  • Or you can select the Employee avatar at the top of the Appointments screen and select the Performance button.
  • Security Settings: Employees can only access business and other employee performance data if granted permission through security settings.

Selecting an Employee

  • Use the Find Employee button at the top left to search for a specific employee or scroll down to select from the list.

View Modes for Performance Breakdown

  • Display Options: Choose from three modes to view performance data:
    • Count: Shows the number of services performed.
    • Points: Displays performance points (if applicable).
    • Dollars: Shows the monetary value of sales generated by the employee.
    The current setting defaults to Dollars, breaking down service performance in financial terms.

Service Breakdown Details

  • The breakdown is displayed by:

    • Today
    • Week
    • Month
  • Service Categories: Data is organized into service categories, with detailed performance metrics under each:

    • Dollar Breakdown: Shows the employee’s performance in turquoise, compared with the business total in dark gray.
    • Key Metrics: Includes:
      • Service totals (retail and combined services)
      • Average client spend
      • Average dollars per hour worked
