How to View and Utilise Membership Reports

Membership reports provide valuable insights into the performance and activity of your membership programs. This guide outlines the process for accessing these reports and highlights key reports available in the Smart System Console to help you manage memberships effectively.

Accessing Membership Reports

  1. Log in to the Smart System Console – Use your credentials to sign in.

  2. Navigate to the Reports Menu – Click on the "Programs" tab and select "Reports."

  3. Select Your Report – Choose from the list of available reports based on the insights you need.

  4. Filter Your Data – Specify the program, site, and date range.

  5. Run the Report – Click "Run Report" to generate data.

  6. Export Options – Reports can be exported in CSV, PDF, and Excel formats for further analysis.


Available Membership Reports

  1. Transaction History Export Report

    • Provides a list of all program transactions, including activations, redemptions, and refunds.

    • Ideal for tracking member activities and transaction trends.

  2. New Signups Report

    • Displays a list of new members who joined within a specific date range.

    • Includes signup site details and total signups per location.

  3. Expiring Members Report
