How to View and Manage Previous Transactions in Shortcuts

Shortcuts provides an intuitive way to access and manage previous business transactions. Follow the steps below to quickly locate, filter, and edit transaction details.

Accessing Previous Transactions

  1. Navigate to the Point of Sale (POS) Screen

    • Click on the Point of Sale icon located on the right-hand side of the navigation bar.

  2. Open the Transaction List

    • In the bottom left-hand corner of the POS screen, click the Transaction icon.

    • This icon displays a number and a hashtag, representing the total transactions for the current date.


Filtering Transactions

Use the tabs at the top of the screen for easier navigation:

  • Date Tab: Quickly select a specific day or month to view transactions.

  • Filter Tab: Refine results by:

    • Client name

    • Payment type

    • Other transaction details
