How to Use the Cloud Upsell Feature for Adding Products and Services

• Seamless Integration: Items added via Cloud Upsell are directly synced with the POS system for faster checkout.

How to Add Products and Services:

1. Access the Cloud Upsell Feature:

   • From the operations menu, select "POS" or tap the pause icon in the top bar.
   • Alternatively, select an arrived customer in the Cloud Appointment Book and press the "Checkout" button.

2. Add Products or Services:

   • Add Item and select either a product or service.
   • For a service, pick a category, then choose the service to add.
   • For a product, select the brand and product.

3. Modify Items as Needed:

   • Adjust the quantity or remove unnecessary items.
   • Change the employee assigned to the item, if necessary.
   • Switch between customers using the "In-Service" button.

4. Finalize the Sale:

   • Once items are added, they will appear in your POS system, ready for checkout.
   • Add discounts, tips, or additional items as needed.

5. Customer Checkout:

   • After checkout, the customer is automatically removed from the list of arrived customers in the Cloud Upsell screen.
