How to Upload and Manage Client Photos in Online CIC's

Managing client photos effectively can help streamline your client records and improve service consistency. This guide explains how to upload, compare, and manage client photos using Online CICs via the Smart System Console.

Accessing Online CICs

  1. Log In:

    • Sign in to your Smart System Console.

    • Click on the Client Information tile.

  2. Select Site (if applicable):

    • Choose the site you wish to manage.

  3. Enter Your PIN:

    • Input your Shortcuts PIN to proceed.


Uploading Client Photos

  1. Find or Add a Client:

    • Use the Client Search Bar to locate an existing client.

    • Alternatively, click to Add a New Client.

  2. Add a Photo:

    • Click the Photos button.

    • Press Add Photo.

  3. Select an Image Source:

    • Mobile or Tablet Users:

      • Take a photo using your device’s camera.

      • Upload an image from your photo gallery.

  4. Preview and Confirm:

    • Review the photo preview.

    • Click Done to save the image to the client’s photo history.


Comparing Client Photos

  1. Select Photos for Comparison:

    • Click the Select button.

    • Choose two or more images.

  2. Compare Photos:

    • Press the Compare button to view images side-by-side.

    • Click on thumbnails to change the displayed photos.

  4. Exit Comparison Mode:

    • Press Back when done.
