How to Search and Access Global Client Information

When managing global clients, locating their records across multiple sites is streamlined by using the client search feature.

Searching for Global Clients

  • Preferred Search Method: Search for clients using their unique mobile number. This ensures a complete network-wide search and returns precise results.
  • Alternative Search Options: You can also search by first name or last name if needed. To do so, click the Search Other Locations button.

Once You Locate the Client:

You can:

  • Access the client's profile.
  • View their client history.
  • Schedule a new appointment for them.

Updating Contact Details

  • To change contact details, access the client’s profile and click Save.
  • This will automatically update their information across all locations they are associated with.

Viewing Client History Across Sites

To view a client's history across multiple locations:

  1. Navigate to Client History.
  2. Tick Include History from Other Sites.
    • This will show the client’s activity history from all other locations they are linked to.
  3. The history will display the name of the site alongside the client’s transactions.

Viewing Total Spend Across Other Sites

  • Click the History's Total tab.
  • Double-click on Other Sites to view the client’s total spend across all linked locations.

Important Notes

  • Once you exit the history screen, the Include History from Other Sites option will automatically be deselected.
  • You’ll need to re-select this option each time you want to view history across other sites.
