How to Resend Online Gift Cards and Receipts via Email

If a client loses an online gift card or receipt email, you can easily resend it using the following steps.

Steps to Resend Gift Cards or Receipts

  1. Log in to the Console

  2. Access the Programs Tile

    • Once logged in, locate and click on the Programs tile.
  3. Search for the Gift Card or Receipt Details

    • Go to Management > View/Edit Transactions. Use the search function to find the specific gift card or receipt you want to resend.
  4. Choose Your Resend Option

    • You will have the option to either:
      • Resend the Gift Card
      • Resend the Receipt
