How to Report on the Number of Service Tickets in Shortcuts

Follow these steps to generate a report showing the number of service tickets for a specific period.

🔧 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Reports Menu

  • From the Tools menu, click on Reports.

2. Access the Trading Summary

  • In the Reports window, go to the End of Day section.

  • Select Trading Summary.

3. Configure the Report Period

  • Click View to begin setting up the report.

Select Date Range:

  • Start Date:

    • Use the Month and Year drop-down lists to choose the desired month and year.

    • Then, select the Day from the calendar.

  • End Date:

    • Again, use the Month and Year drop-down lists.

    • Choose the appropriate Day from the calendar.

🔁 Double-check your selected date range before continuing.

4. Generate the Report

  • After verifying the date range, click View to generate the Trading Summary report.

5. Print the Report (Optional)

  • Click Print if you would like a physical copy of the report.


✅ Final Step: Find the Service Tickets Number

  • Look through the generated Trading Summary report.

  • The number of Service Tickets will be displayed within this report.
