How to Report on the Number of Service Tickets in Shortcuts
Follow these steps to generate a report showing the number of service tickets for a specific period.

1. Open Reports Menu

From the Tools menu, click on Reports.
2. Access the Trading Summary

In the Reports window, go to the End of Day section.

Select Trading Summary.
3. Configure the Report Period

Click View to begin setting up the report.
Select Date Range:

Start Date:

Use the Month and Year drop-down lists to choose the desired month and year.

Then, select the Day from the calendar.

Again, use the Month and Year drop-down lists.

Choose the appropriate Day from the calendar.

4. Generate the Report
