How to Remove a Client from the Loyalty Program
Removing a client from a loyalty program can be done through the Shortcuts POS or the Shortcuts Console
Using Shortcuts Software

Locate the Client
- Navigate to the Clients section.
- Search for the client by their name.

Access the Loyalty Program
- Select the client’s name to open their profile.
- Click on Member and choose the loyalty program.

Cancel the Membership
- Click Cancel and enter the reason for cancellation.
- Press Done to save changes and exit.
Using the Shortcuts Console

Log In
- Access the Shortcuts Console and log into your account.

Search for the Client
- Navigate to the Programs section.
- Search for the client using their loyalty membership number or name.

Update Membership Status
- Select the loyalty number on the left.
- Click Change Member Status at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose Cancelled as the status and add a cancellation note.
- Press Save to finalize the changes.
