How to Remove a Client from the Loyalty Program

Removing a client from a loyalty program can be done through the Shortcuts POS or the Shortcuts Console

Using Shortcuts Software

  1. Locate the Client

    • Navigate to the Clients section.
    • Search for the client by their name.
  2. Access the Loyalty Program

    • Select the client’s name to open their profile.
    • Click on Member and choose the loyalty program.
  3. Cancel the Membership

    • Click Cancel and enter the reason for cancellation.
    • Press Done to save changes and exit.

Using the Shortcuts Console

  1. Log In

    • Access the Shortcuts Console and log into your account.
  2. Search for the Client

    • Navigate to the Programs section.
    • Search for the client using their loyalty membership number or name.
  3. Update Membership Status

    • Select the loyalty number on the left.
    • Click Change Member Status at the bottom of the screen.
    • Choose Cancelled as the status and add a cancellation note.
    • Press Save to finalize the changes.
