How to Redeem Loyalty Points

This guide explains how to redeem a client’s loyalty points during a transaction.

Steps to Redeem Loyalty Points

  1. Prepare the Sale

    • Add the relevant items to the sale before proceeding.
  2. Select Payment Type

    • Click on Gift Loyalty at the bottom of the screen.
    • Choose Loyalty Gift Card as the payment method.
  3. Identify the Client

    • If the client has a loyalty card:
      • Scan the card to retrieve their account information.
    • If the client does not have a loyalty card:
      • Click on the Loyalty button to manually access their account.
  4. Check and Apply Rewards

    • The client’s rewards balance will be displayed.
    • Select the applicable Loyalty Program and click Done to confirm.
    • Review the updated balance and press Done again to apply the payment.
  5. Complete the Transaction

    • If there is a remaining balance:
      • Accept the client’s payment using their preferred method.
    • Click Finish Sale and then Redeem to finalize the loyalty points redemption.
  6. Provide a Receipt

    • Choose to email the receipt to the customer or press No Receipt if none is required.
