How to Redeem Loyalty Points
This guide explains how to redeem a client’s loyalty points during a transaction.
Steps to Redeem Loyalty Points

Prepare the Sale
- Add the relevant items to the sale before proceeding.

Select Payment Type
- Click on Gift Loyalty at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose Loyalty Gift Card as the payment method.

Identify the Client
- If the client has a loyalty card:
- Scan the card to retrieve their account information.
- If the client does not have a loyalty card:
- Click on the Loyalty button to manually access their account.
- If the client has a loyalty card:

Check and Apply Rewards
- The client’s rewards balance will be displayed.
- Select the applicable Loyalty Program and click Done to confirm.
- Review the updated balance and press Done again to apply the payment.

Complete the Transaction
- If there is a remaining balance:
- Accept the client’s payment using their preferred method.
- Click Finish Sale and then Redeem to finalize the loyalty points redemption.

Provide a Receipt
- Choose to email the receipt to the customer or press No Receipt if none is required.
