How to Print Barcode Labels
This guide explains how to print barcode labels for your products. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Step 1: Select the Company and Product
- Navigate to Products: Go to the Stock section and select Products.
- Choose the Company: Select the company for which you want to print labels (e.g., Dermologica).
Step 2: Choose Label Size
- For a Specific Company:
- Right-click on the company name.
- Select Change Label Type.
- Choose the desired label size and click Done.
- For All Companies (Default Label Size):
- Right-click on Business.
- Select Change Label Type.
- Set the label size for all barcodes to be uniform.
Step 3: Select Items to Print
- Click on the company name.
- Right-click on the product line you want to print.
- Select Print Barcodes to open the Barcode Label Wizard.
Step 4: Adjust Quantities
- Click Next in the wizard to see the list of items with barcodes.
- Specify the quantity for each product:
- Enter the desired number of labels for each item.
- Set the quantity to zero for items you don’t need a barcode for.
Step 5: Set Starting Position
- If using a partially used label sheet:
- Enter the starting row and column numbers.
- For a full sheet, leave the starting row and column values as "1."
The system will calculate how many sheets are needed. If you have fewer sheets available than required, adjust the quantity accordingly.
Step 6: Print Barcodes
- Press Next and then Finish.
- The printing process will begin, generating your barcode labels.

- Double-check your label size settings to avoid reprinting.
- Ensure your label sheets are properly aligned in the printer.
