How to Print a Gift Receipt

Providing a gift receipt for your clients is a simple process. Follow these step-by-step instructions to quickly generate and print a gift receipt using the client database records

Method 1: Printing from Client History

  1. Search for the Client:

    • Go to the 'Clients' section.

    • Use the search bar to locate your client by name.

  2. Access Client History:

    • Select the client and navigate to their transaction history.

  3. Print the Gift Receipt:

    • Locate the relevant transaction.

    • Right-click on the transaction.

    • Select 'Print Gift Receipt' from the menu.

    • The receipt will automatically print via the connected receipt printer.


Method 2: Printing from Point of Sale

  1. Access Transactions:

    • Open the 'Point of Sale' system.

    • Select the 'Transactions' tab on the left side.

  2. Locate the Transaction:

    • For same-day transactions, simply find the desired transaction.

    • For older transactions, adjust the date filter at the top to locate the required date.

  3. Print the Gift Receipt:

    • Right-click on the transaction.

    • Select 'Print Gift Receipt' from the dropdown menu.

    • The receipt will print immediately.
