How to Merge Two Loyalty Cards in the Same Program

When clients have two active loyalty cards for the same program, merging them ensures that all points and rewards are combined into a single account.

Step-by-Step Process

1. Access the Client Profile

  • Navigate to the Clients section of your system.
  • Search for the client’s name and select their profile.

2. Locate Loyalty Program Details

  • In the client profile, go to the Member tab.
  • Review the list of loyalty programs the client is subscribed to, including any previously canceled programs.

3. Cancel One Loyalty Card

  • Identify the loyalty card you want to cancel.
  • Select the card and click Cancel.

4. Transfer Points and Rewards

  • When prompted, confirm if you want to transfer points and rewards to the remaining card.
  • Review the number of points that will be transferred.
  • Enter a reason for canceling the card and click Done.

5. Verify the Merge

  • Confirm the canceled card’s status. It should now display as canceled.
  • Open the remaining active loyalty program to check the updated points balance.
