How to Generate Reports in Enterprise Live
Enterprise Live reports allow you to analyse site performance effectively. This guide explains how to generate, customise, and save reports for future use.
Accessing Reports
- Click on View Reports in the main menu.
- Select the desired report to open the report screen in a new window.
Customising Your Report
1. Select a Date Range
- Use preset date ranges or define a custom range via:
- The From and To dropdown lists.
- The interactive calendar tool.
2. Choose Sites to Include
- For groups of sites, click on the group name.
- For individual sites, select "None" in the group list, then choose the site.
3. Adjust Report Options
- Options vary depending on the report.
- Use checkboxes to include specific data fields relevant to your needs.
Generating and Viewing the Report
- Click Submit to generate the report.
- Use the toolbar at the top of the report for various actions:
- Export: Save the report in different formats.
- Print: Print the report directly.
- Navigate: Use arrows to switch pages, or input a page number and click the Go To icon.
- Search: Enter a keyword or value and click the Search icon.
- Zoom: Adjust the view using the zoom percentage dropdown.
Saving Report Profiles
- Click the Save icon.
- Enter a profile name.
- Confirm by clicking the Save icon again.
- To access saved profiles, select the report from the Profiles list.
