Shortcuts Marketing Plus: How to Fix Broken Images and Links in a Campaign
Occasionally, campaigns may encounter broken images or links due to improper uploads, deleted files, or incorrect web addresses. This guide outlines the steps to resolve these issues efficiently in your campaigns using Set and Forget Marketing.
Steps to Fix Broken Images

Deactivate the Campaign
- Log in to your account.
- Click on View Recent Campaigns.
- Select the campaign, navigate to the Status Tab, and click Cancel to deactivate the campaign.

Repair the Broken Image
- Go to the Layout Tab and click on the broken image to select it.
- Use the Browse option to locate the correct image:
- If the image exists in your gallery: Select it directly.
- If the image needs to be uploaded:
- Click Choose File, select the image from your computer, and press Upload.
- The image will appear in your gallery. Select it to fix the issue.

Save Your Changes
- After fixing the image, click Save in the Layout Tab to ensure your changes are updated.
Steps to Fix Broken Links

Verify the Web Address
- In the Layout Tab, check the website URL for accuracy.
- Correct any errors in the link.

Save Your Changes
- Once the link is updated, save your changes to the campaign layout.
Test and Finalize the Campaign

Review the Campaign Content
- Double-check all tabs in your campaign to ensure accuracy.
- Consider updating your Template Library to apply these fixes to future campaigns.

Send a Test Email
- Go to the Status Tab and select your name at the top.
- Click Send Test to email the campaign to yourself or other addresses for review.
- Thoroughly inspect the test email:
- Check all images.
- Click every link to confirm they work.

Reactivate the Campaign
- Once satisfied with your updates, click Activate in the Status Tab and press OK.
- The campaign will resume sending to clients.
