Deactivating a campaign in Marketing Plus is a straightforward process that ensures only relevant campaigns are sent to your clients. Follow these simple steps to deactivate a campaign and maintain better control over your marketing efforts.



Steps to Deactivate a Campaign

  1. Log in to Marketing plus 
    Access your account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Recent Campaigns

    • Click on the "View Recent Campaigns" tab.
    • Select the campaign you wish to deactivate.
  3. Access Campaign Settings

    • Click on the name of the campaign to open its details.
    • Go to the "Status" tab.
  4. Deactivate the Campaign

    • Select the option to "Cancel" the campaign.
    • The campaign status will change to inactive, ensuring it no longer sends to your clients.

Reactivating a Campaign

If needed, you can always reactivate a campaign by revisiting the status tab and selecting the appropriate option.
