Steps to Deactivate a Campaign

Log in to Marketing plus
Access your account using your credentials. -
Navigate to Recent Campaigns
- Click on the "View Recent Campaigns" tab.
- Select the campaign you wish to deactivate.

Access Campaign Settings
- Click on the name of the campaign to open its details.
- Go to the "Status" tab.

Deactivate the Campaign
- Select the option to "Cancel" the campaign.
- The campaign status will change to inactive, ensuring it no longer sends to your clients.
Reactivating a Campaign
If needed, you can always reactivate a campaign by revisiting the status tab and selecting the appropriate option.
