1. Access the Promotions Setup

• Navigate to Setup in your system.

• Scroll down and select Promotions.

• Click on the New icon to create a new promotion.

2. Enter Promotion Details

• Description: Enter details about the promotion. This description appears at the point of sale.

• Coupon or Club Association: Choose whether the promotion requires a coupon or applies to a specific club or program.

3. Set Promotion Dates

• Use the calendar tool to select the promotion's start and end dates.

4. Select Products for the Promotion

• Go to the next setup screen.

5. Define Promotion Benefits

• Navigate to the benefits section.

Verifying the Promotion at Point of Sale

1. Go to Point of Sale.
