How to Connect the Shortcut Service Manager
The Shortcut Service Manager ensures your Shortcut Fusion software connects seamlessly to online services. If online services are not synchronizing, follow this guide to check and restore the connection.
Accessing the Shortcut Service Manager

Locate the Service Manager Icon:
- On the Fusion Server Computer, check the taskbar at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Look for the Shortcut Service Manager icon.
- If not visible, click the up arrow to view hidden icons

Open the Service Manager:
- If the icon is displayed, click it and select Open Shortcut Service Manager.
- If the icon is not present:
- Open the Start Menu. (Windows 10)
- Select All Apps or All Programs.
- Find the Shortcut Software folder.
- Click on Shortcut Service Manager. The icon will now appear in the taskbar.
Verifying and Restoring Online Services

Check Service Status:
- Once the Shortcut Service Manager is open, click the arrow next to your online service to expand details.
- A green tick and the status "Operating Normally" indicate the service is connected and functioning.

Start the Service (if necessary):
- If the service is not running, click the Start Service button.
- Wait for the green tick to appear, confirming the connection.

Exit the Service Manager:
- Once the service is operational, you can close the Shortcut Service Manager.
