How to Check Your Client’s Loyalty Balance in Shortcuts

Here are three easy ways to check loyalty balances in Shortcuts. Each method ensures you can quickly access the information you need.

1. Client Profile

  • Steps:

    1. Navigate to the Clients section.

    2. Search for the client’s name and open their profile.

    3. Scroll to the bottom and click Member.

    4. Select the Loyalty Number and press Balance.

    5. The balance screen will display:

      • Total accumulated points.

      • Conversion value (points to dollars).

    6. Press Done to exit.

2. Point of Sale (POS)

  • Steps:

    1. Open the Point of Sale section.

    2. Search for the client’s name.

    3. View the displayed loyalty points and their dollar equivalent.

    4. For more details:

      • Click More Actions.

      • Select Balance Inquiry to see a detailed breakdown.

3. Shortcuts Console
